Game Support Manager
Responsibilities:
| Develop and improve job process and procedure. |

| Support and mentor Game Support team regarding to policy and strategy. | |
| Prioritize daily operational tasks required to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. | |
| Responsible for maintaining an effective resource management for the team. | |
| Provide metrics analysis and reporting to management. | |
| Coordinate with the quality assurance, support, and development teams to identify potential issues and work to find solutions. |
Requirements
| Age 30 years up. | |
| Bachelor’s degree in any field. |
|
| At least 5 years experience in Customer Support or related applicable experience, preferably in online game. | |
| Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in the Customer Service field. | |
| Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming would be advantage. | |
| Previous experience leading a team, able to turn strategic direction to action plan. | |
| Able to handle high stress situations and manage irate customers. | |
| Strong written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English. |
