Responsibilities:
Asiasoft Develop and improve job process and procedure.
Asiasoft Support and mentor Game Support team regarding to policy and strategy.
Asiasoft Prioritize daily operational tasks required to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Asiasoft Responsible for maintaining an effective resource management for the team.
Asiasoft Provide metrics analysis and reporting to management.
Asiasoft Coordinate with the quality assurance, support, and development teams to identify potential issues and work to find solutions.

Requirements
Asiasoft Age 30 years up.
Asiasoft Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Asiasoft At least 5 years experience in Customer Support or related applicable experience, preferably in online game.
Asiasoft Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in the Customer Service field.
Asiasoft Familiarity with PC gaming and multiplayer online gaming would be advantage.
Asiasoft Previous experience leading a team, able to turn strategic direction to action plan.
Asiasoft Able to handle high stress situations and manage irate customers.
Asiasoft Strong written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
