Investor Relations & Investment Manager
Responsibilities:
 |
To organize and coordinate for the arrangement of Analyst meeting, Opportunity day, Road Show and other activities related to PR function. |

To coordinate and respond of an appropriate approach in relation to Media, Analyst, Investor and Reporters, including Financial Adviser ( FA) upon requesting for company's information, materials etc. |
|
To review and ensure that the information published in the company's website and IR website are accurate and updated on daily basis. |
|
To manage and assist in preparation of form 56-1 and 56-2 annually and to follow up and timely update the management on the new SEC's, SET's rules and regulations. |
|
To assist the company's secretary and coordinate for preparation of all documents and activities in relation to BOD, AGM meeting and other company's activities. |
|
To jointly seek, analyze and to provide guidance with team to businesses and individuals making investment decisions. |
|
Jointly develop and prepare investment presentation & recommendation to the investment committee on each assigned asset with your team leader. |
Qualifications:
|
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Communications or any related fields. |
|
At least 5 years of experiences in Investor Relations and/or Public Relations of listed company will be advantage. |
|
Strong analytical skills financial and investment management background and understanding of businesses will be advantage. |
|
Knowledge of SET's and SEC's rules and regulations. |
|
Excellent communication & presentation skills and good interpersonal skills. |
|
Able to motivate and negotiating to achieve desired results. |
|
Comfort in working in a dynamic environment , manage multi projects simultaneously are essential and able to work independently. |
|
Details oriented and analytical thinking. |
|
Proficient in English both written and spoken. |
