NOC Operator
Jobs Descriptions:-

Monitoring of systems, networks and facilities in IT infrastructure |
|
Work with developers, engineers, vendors, IDC service provider and others to deliver services |
|
Analyst system threshold data, resolve problems and perform escalation process |
|
Perform operating system and application software patch upgrade |
|
Able to engage in physical work; assist in server movement and racking |
|
Manage and troubleshoot problems in cabling and racks |
Qualifications:-
|
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or related fields. |
|
At least 1 year working experience in UNIX/Windows, Network Operating Systems and server/network management systems |
|
Experience working in large-scaled data center is a plus |
|
Have skill in implementation/operation of IP/web-based solutions, HTML, .NET, JAVA etc. |
|
Have experience in system and network security will be an advantage. |
|
Good communication skill and team working. |
|
Can work in shift work. |
