Senior Development Manager
Responsibility
 |
Maintaining a quality service level to users where at times priorities must be changed dynamically to address urgent problems. |
|
Must ensure that an adequate level of technology is maintained to address the current and future business needs of the Company. |
|
Must also ensure that this is done in line with Asiasoft Corporation Company global technology guidelines. |
Qualifications :-
|
Male / Female minimum age 32 years old. |
|
Bachelor's Degree or higher in MIS/Project Management/Computer Engineer/Computer Science or any related field. |
|
Minimum 7 years IT management experience department manager. |
|
Preferably in a fast corporate environment with Experience in new system development system and process such as CMMI, Agile development. |
|
Able to development/ implementation/ maintenance IT System. |
|
Knowledge of Network technology, Open source Linux and Windows system is preferred. |
|
Knowledge with UML,SOA |
|
At least 4 years of hands-on experiences in Web Application development and project management roles. |
|
Good at information technology management process, i.e.: system analysis, design, implementation |
|
Strategic thinker with excellent business vision |
|
Strong communication & leadership skill |
|
Self-motivated with abilities to take initiative and execute projects. |
|
Good command of spoken and written English |
